Voice cloning of growing interest to actors and cybercriminals

I recently read an article on the BBC website regarding voice cloning and its increasing use by online criminals (See https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-57761873). Such advances in technology and their use by criminals to exploit unsuspecting individuals highlights the need to ensure that staff are an active participant within an organisation's #cybersecuritystrategy . Box ticking #cybersecuritytraining and sole dependency on technical solutions must be a thing of the past. #Leaders must influence #organisationalculture and encourage active participation of all staff (not just the I.T. Department or the #ciso etc) on a daily basis in order to support technical solutions and so mitigate #cybersecuritythreats. Is human error the greatest risk to cyber security? In my humble opinion it is not. I believe it the lack of #staffappreciation and recognition for the value of having all staff actively involved in an organisation's cyber security that is the greatest risk. Human error is merely the result.
